VISIT ME ON

Dear Friends,
It’s June already. Can you believe it? The days just seem to whiz by. This is going to be a busy month for me. My hubby and I leave tomorrow to fly up the New York Sate for a bunch of celebrations.
First on the list is my mother-in-law’s 103rd birthday. Now that’s amazing. To further boggle your mind . . . she still lives by herself, cooks for herself, and does her own laundry and housework. She had to give up driving when she was in her 80s because she got caught driving without a renewed license. She didn’t go for the renewal because she was afraid she wouldn’t pass the eye test. NOW that’s scary. But she’s a love, and we’re anxious to help her mark this milestone in her life.
Second on the agenda is my hubby’s and my 47th anniversary. Wow! 47 years! He told me if we make it to 50, he wants us to renew our vows. Isn’t he just the romantic? Now you know why I’ve kept him around for 47 years.
Third on the list is my class’ 50th reunion. We’re doing a dinner on Saturday and a family picnic on Sunday. It’s gonna be so great seeing all my old school buddies, especially Pat, my BFF before BFF’s were the thing to be. I’m sure the “remember when we….” stories will be flying hot and heavy. I’m excited.
Then it’s back here to Florida. I’m taking my current work in progress, HELL BENT, with me to work on, but I have serious doubts about how much actual work I’ll get done.
I was told yesterday by my editor that GARDEN OF THE MOON is in production!!!!! I can’t wait for all of you to read this one. It’s a time travel/ghost/historical paranormal. How’s that for a mixture of fun reading? I’m not giving away anything when I say the heroine sees dead people.
That’s it for this month. Hope you are all enjoying your summer so far.
Happy reading and stay safe.
Blessings,
