Hi Readers and Friends,

Having been born and raised in NY Sate, I know it’s winter up north with all the seasonal woes that goes with it – snow, sleet, ice, etc. However, down her in the Sunshine Sate, we’re enjoying high 70’s temperatures. My office windows are open, and I’m loving the fresh air. That does not mean it will continue, however. As the saying goes down here…”If you don’t like the weather, wait a minute.” Tomorrow could well plummet into the 40’s. In the meantime, I’m enjoying the warm temps.

As of mid-January, SUMMER ROSE, the second book in my HAWKS MOUNTAIN series from BELL BRIDGE BOOKS, is up on Amazon in both Kindle and paperback editions. Thank you for giving it such a warm reception. Every time I finish one of the books, I always feel it’s my favorite, and then along comes the next one. However, SUMMER ROSE, pulled at my heartstrings like a book hasn’t done in a long time. I won’t say more. Don’t want to spoil it for anyone who hasn’t read it yet.

FOREVER FALL, the third book in the series is done and on my editor’s desk. This book introduces two new main characters —Amantha James, a social worker new to Carson, and Lucas Michaels, Carson’s high school principal. Some old friends will return – Granny Jo (of course) and Catherine Daniels. Along with the rest will be a little guy names Joey (a baby simulator). The introduction of this robo baby (as Lucas refers to him) into their lives leads to some heartwarming and well as hilarious moments. FOREVER FALL will be released sometime later this year. I’ll announce the exact time her, so keep a close watch.

So now, it’s back to work on book 4, WINTER MAGIC.
